PRICES
The prices quoted throughout our online store are in Pounds Sterling and include standard UK VAT where appropriate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. There may be occasions where prices are incorrectly quoted or change at short notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control. If this situation occurs you will be informed of the correct price by telephone or email as soon as possible and should you not wish to proceed, that part of your order will be cancelled. Please note that on occasions some colours in a particular style are at a different price to others. This happens when we have discontinued a colour and have therefore reduced the price.

OVERSEAS ORDERS & BFPO
We accept orders only for delivery to UK and BFPO addresses at this time. We can accept orders manually for BFPO VAT exempt sales outside of the EU valued over £50 but we will need to see your certificate of entitlement before we can process the order. VAT refunds will be made by sterling cheque 30 days after delivery. On occasions oversized items may incurr an additional carriage charge to BFPO addresses. Please telephone us for VAT exempt sales to BFPO addresses.

DELIVERY
Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. Delivery charges are shown below.

Our aim (but not guarantee) is to despatch goods within 48 hours of order and your delivery will typically be received within two working days (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 5.30pm. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified above.

All deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. You may specify an alternative delivery address at the time of order if you choose.

PAYMENT
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query. Credit card payments are processed by WorldPay from whom you will receive a separate notification of payment via email. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo by secure server.

We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure there are no last minute hitches to getting your products delivered on time. No order is accepted by Eastern Action Sports until the order has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will e-mail you within three working days.

RETURNS
Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received back at our premises within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form.

We recommend that all returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection. We will refund reasonable carriage costs incurred by returning defective items but we expect you to choose a cost-effective method of carriage in preference to an expensive next-day service. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange. Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge. We regret that we cannot accept returns of videos, DVDs, books and computer software unless they are found to be defective.

We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact colour match to the product as displayed on your screen.

LIABILITY
Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Tubing, Wakeskating, and other related activities are potentially hazardous. It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from such activity.  Once purchased, your equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained. Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights.
