Shipping and Handling

We accept orders for delivery to UK and EU addresses.

Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. Delivery charges are shown below.

UK MAINLAND

We use a courier service for large or heavier items. Small items will be sent via Royal Mail. All small items will be charged at a flat rate of £1.50 or £3.50. Any large items eg Wakeboards, Skis, Inflatables etc will be charged at a flat rate of £7.00. Large items sent to N.Ireland and the Scottish Isles will be charged at a flat rate of £15.

Delivery is Free for all orders over £250 to Mainland UK.

For any other destinations and Saturday delivery, please ask for a quote

Our aim (but not guarantee) is to despatch goods within 48 hours of order and your delivery will typically be received within two working days (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 5.30pm. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified above.

All deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. You may specify an alternative delivery address at the time of order if you choose.
